STEAM: Key to Real Learning was the Break Out session Prof. Alison Brazil - Teaching Artist, Mr. Ted Lee - Madison Middle School, Dr. Brandon Carney - Vanderbilt University and I shared with STEAM/Science enthusiasts.
To confirm that STEAM Science belongs in every aspect of learning during the school year is intense.
It's been an eye opener for all to realize this and now it is our job to combine the Scientific Method along with Engineering Design Process with Social Emotional Learning with Social Studies with P.E. and more.
Older and new generations of teachers must adapt and bring forth that passion for teaching to guarantee at the end of the school year, all students will acquire the skills to find solutions to all problems... thus guaranteeing -- every day is a new day for learning!
Let's teach... Let's be passionate... Let's learn together!
* Immense thanks to everyone... especially, Cherifa McDowell and Diane Chen - STEAM and Librarian @Stratfford STEM MAGNET!
